We’re looking for "Exceptional Talent" to join our multi award winning Audio and Digital solutions company.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Team Management & Processes
-Management of the Sales Operations Department which includes the Creative Team, Brand Team and Campaign Management Team
-Responsible for supporting the Sales Teams within the business, as well as our Partner Media Brands by developing commercial products and creative solutions to meet clients’ marketing needs.
-Conceptualisation, implementation and the booking of campaigns across all Media Brands as per signed-off proposals and schedules.
-Providing detailed post campaign reports for each client to showcase the results of their campaign.
-Continuously ensure efficient processes and ways of working are in place for the above Teams and how they operate with all other Departments and stakeholders.
Relationship Management & Product Development
-To drive collaboration between Mediamark and its represented brands by developing strong relationships with all stakeholders.
-Develop integrated sales offerings using Mediamark’s range of products, platforms, and tools to enhance the sales effort and put Mediamark at the forefront of innovative first-to-market solutions.
-Gain a deep understanding of client needs to identify and fill product gaps and generate new revenue.
-Assess market competition by comparing Mediamark’s product offering to that of our competitors.
-Encourage buy-in for the product vision, both internally and with key partners.
-Work with the Sales Teams to develop product pricing and product sales strategies.
-Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes where needed.
-Represent Mediamark and its platforms by visiting advertisers to solicit feedback on company products and services.
-Introduce and market new products by developing go-to-market plans with Sales, Trade Marketing and Media Brands.
-Co-ordinate operational requirements by working with internal resources when required.
-Minimum of 7 years’ media experience
-Previous experience in radio and digital media
-Good track record in people management (3 - 5 years as a Manager is preferred)
-Client relationships within the media industry advantageous

-Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and audio visual
-Excellent problem-solving ability and negotiation skills
-Thorough understanding of sponsorships, non-traditional advertising solutions and the full media ecosystem
-Able to be decisive under pressure
Qualifications / Requirements:
-Tertiary education in sales / marketing / business related sphere
-Experience across diverse media / marketing sales disciplines
-Valid driver’s license and motor vehicle
-Good WiFi Connection at Home
